Would give this place zero stars if possible. Ordered a black dress from them in October, when it arrived it was really badly made and falling apart. Followed their returns procedure and sent it back, had a confirmation they'd received and were going to issue me a refund. Three days later had a confirmation that a refund had been given. It hadn't though. Tried to contact a person there, but it's impossible, but found on the FAQ's that they said if any problems with refunds it would not be their fault and as far as they are concerned, they've done their part and anyone who hasn't received a refund should contact their Bank and give them an 'Acquirer Reference Number' and the Bank will be able to chase up the refund. I looked on my Shein account and sure enough found an Acquirer Reference Number, so went straight to my bank in person. They literally laughed out loud and said that isn't even a thing. They checked with the Manager and also made some calls and said no one has ever heard of that and there's no way Shein can 'wash their hands' of the failed refund by passing it over to the Bank instead. They said it's obvious Shein did NOT refund my money and are just fobbing customers off. AVOID THIS PLACE. I'm never going to get my refund, so money down the drain.
