Customer service is horrible. I placed an order weeks ago and didn’t receive it. When I went to check the tracking number it shows as shipped. The package was shipped to an unknown address, not the one I have on file. I tried explaining this to customer service but of course you get generic responses through email. Many messages later and they can’t find my package but they say wait a little longer. So I contacted USPS and they told me they never received a package and closed out my tracking account. Again, tried to explain this to customer service and they say “I’m sorry but try and wait a little longer”. No empathy, terrible listening skills, horrible communication, they don’t care about the service only your money. I’ll never order from Shein again.
