Order many times before and not had problems before but my experience this time means won’t order again. Recent order had missing items (it was only sent as one parcel so I’m not waiting on a second package). Parcel wasn’t damaged so it means they were never packed. Contacted SHEIN about this (difficult process but managed) and they messaged back saying there was no missing items. They have basically told me I’m lying and I am now talking to my bank to sort a refund.
