I recently made an order and an item was missing. I contacted them immediately and continue to get the same auto reply of "we've confirmed that you have recieved it". I'm frustrated not about the $13 speaker I didn't receive but more about the fact that I can't even get a reply from an actual customer care rep. The email also states if I want further help to reply to it, I've replied countless times and still nothing. If you order you run the risk of not being able to get a refund for any returned items or just not receiving the items you paid for and there's no one to actually help you and just end up losing that money.
