I order lots of clothes from LL Beans, Orvis, etc. and have never had a problem returning an item until I ordered a pair of women's slacks from Shein. They arrived without a packing slip and were too large so I tried to return them. The order for the slacks doesn't show on my account and it's impossible to get a return label without an order showing on an account. I tried the online chat but my question didn't fit in any of the categories so my question was refused. And there's no customer service number and no way to talk with a person. Don't order from this company! Now I'm stuck with a pair of slacks that's way too big and no way to get a refund for the more than $75 which I spent.
