This was my first time shopping on SHEIN and it was one of the worst experiences. I spent close to $500 and one package that contained 10 items of clothing is unaccounted for as well as FedEx has no idea as to what happened with this package. I filed a claim with both SHEIN and FedEx and neither one is willing to take accountability for this problem. I would NEVER shop here again! Cheap is not always good. Don’t shop here! Customer service advised me to reach out to FedEx, however, why should I have to when they’re your vendor and I’m the one at a lost. Just ridiculous.
