I ordered 22 items and guess what? They sent me someone else’s order with only 3 items. After I talked to them via customer service we agreed that they will refund me the items that were sold out, and resend the rest.. (I asked for a refund of the sold out items to my bank account and they refunded my shein wallet as if my requests have no meaning to them)!!
Now I received a message that if I want the other items I must add them to the cart and order them again myself, and that I will get the refund for my order once I return the wrong package that I received. First of all it’s their fault that I received the wrong package so the refund should have been delivered already and I shouldn’t have to wait for a mistake THEY MADE. I also order from shein every month and I don’t think I will order again. They only reply once every 24 hours and it’s no help at all they don’t care!
