I've been ordering with Shein since e 2019. Thousands of dollars being spent and I've been happy with the quality and on time delivery.
My closet is filled with Shein....I have only return items that where too small, big, stained or items that had missing pieces and they confirmed receiving the item and I can say I have received my refund.
My review would have been a 5star review but this summer of 2024 I did like I always would, making my order but this time I never received my package. The order was marked delived by DHL and a photo was take. This photo was not a photo by my door. I've used the same address and received multiple packages the month before and the same month.
I reached out to customer service online and had a whole back and forth conversation explaining that i did not receive my order and them telling me my order was delivered because of what they can research on DHL and sending me the same status update I can see if I looked up my tracking number.
After the back and forth I was told to dispute it with my bank which I did still not refund. Following up now I'm being told I'm out of the time frame. I was within the time frame when I message hours within not seeing my packaged what was said delivered when it wasn't delivered my address. Poor customer service.
