I have been a Shein customer for many years.
Recently I made some orders and sent some stuff back.
Shein now refuses to arrange for reimbursement despite existing proof of shipment, just as they refuse to submit an investigation.
It is not even discussed, the customer service leaves something to be desired.
It doesn't work that way and I will do everything possible to get my money back and remain persistent!
If I do not receive my refund promptly, I will go to the lawyer.
How much would you like to pull your customers over the ear please?! Customer service no help! You have enough evidence and yet the employees lie and say it's not in storage?!
Please Shein shame on you!!!!!!
Every time it says, as with other customers, it is not registered in stock! Why do you deal with your customers like that?! Do you really need to rip off customers?!
