I placed an order with Shein in April but never received it. The carrier, GLS, mistakenly marked the package as delivered. After contacting GLS, they admitted the package was never delivered and was in fact lost. They offered to reimburse the value of the lost order, but since the shipping contract was made with Shein, the claim must be submitted by them. I’ve repeatedly asked Shein to resolve the issue with the carrier, but they have refused to take any action. Their customer service has been entirely unhelpful. Despite clear evidence that the package was lost, Shein refuses to compensate me. Furthermore, they continue to insist that I should confirm my address and check if the package was delivered to my neighbors. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.
