Awful return policy.
My order was delivered to an easybox just 300m from my home, yet Shein refused my return at the same place and told me to pay expensive shipping myself. Customer service took two days to reply with a useless “no,” claiming the service doesn’t exist in my area — even though I live in a premium zone full of easyboxes and couriers. Ridiculous and unfair. I will never order from Shein again.
