I’ve ordered multiple times. Some items are great quality but some are terrible. You really have to pay attention to what material the item is made of. The thing that irks me the most is that their item reviews are bogus. There is never an item that is under 4.5 stars. There was a review that someone received a broken lipstick yet still gave 5 stars? I have been a customer for 1.5 years and have yet to see a review with the customer actually wearing the item. I’ve bought a lot in the ‘home’ section and several beauty tools that I’ve been satisfied with. You get what you pay for and have to ask yourself if it’s worth the risk. It’s definitely hard to buy something when the sizing is always different, the quality is questionable, and if it doesn’t work out- good luck returning it. But I still come back and shop!
