Placed an order. My order wasn't shipped on time so one dress went out of stock. I got no mail whatsoever that one item was out of stock. I contacted customers service, they told me I had two options: ship the out of stock item later and seperate or refund. I picked the first option. They ignored my request and issued a refund. However that whole ordeal took over 6 days. They put my whole order on hold. It's now been 9 days and my order still has not been shipped. Would not recommend ordering from Shein as they are not reliable.
