I ordered a jacket and dress. I received notice that my parcel arrived and was waiting to be claimed at FedEx in a distant suburb warehouse. Picked it up and opened the box when I got back to my car. I should have returned it immediately, the jacket sleeves were ridiculous, they went down past my knees. The cheap vinyl smelled awful. Also, the dress wasn't in the box, it was shipped separately. 2 weeks later I received a $28 bill from FedEx for shipping & customs. The jacket was $40. I emailed the company multiple times because shipping was included. I was told to return the jacket but was expected to pay for return. I told FedEx I was disputing the charge because it was included. FedEx sent my claim to debt collectors. They called multiple times a day. The dress eventually arrived and the fabric was see through and hung like a sack. Worst online shopping experience ever!!!!
