It’s 18 May 2020, I placed my order 10 days ago and no update. Got on to a live chat customer service member who just copy pasted info from the website. First get told (after telling them multiple times it’s been 10 days) it will take 24-48hrs for an update, then get told can take up to 6 days to pack. All of this is getting told to me after telling them multiple times it’s been 10 days since I placed the order. Basically from the start all I wanted to know was the status.
After long frustration and my messages not sinking into the small brain of whoever it was that had broken English, finally tells me, it hasn’t been packed yet. Like WTF!! Neever ordering from them again.
Don’t even come at me with the covid delays because obviously I’ve ordered loads of other things from multiple companies online and NONE of them have taken this long to Reach my address let alone to Pack!
