Shoe zone made a terrible error with my order then refused they are to blame.
I ordered tan boots. What I received was a pain of children's sized black boots in a different style.
I returned them with a note to say not what I ordered.
Then they contact me to accuse me of sending back another retailers boots. I was shocked and horrified - they even said they claimed the amount from Amazon and that Amazon will charge me again following the initial refund.
I thought Shoezone was a reputable seller but I've never experienced being scammed like this on Amazon.
I found people have posted negative experiences online about them as well on other sites.
Hopefully as I'm an Amazon prime customer Amazon will not charge me and I'm going to inform them this seller made a fraudulent claim against them, which is illegal.
Here's how they do it -
1. customer orders an item with great reviews
2. Send them some cheap rubbish no related to the photo
3. Refuse the return & deny the item was from them and gaslight the customer telling them they returned another retailers boots
4. Claim money off Amazon
5. Amazon charges the customer back & the customer gets scammed
