Worst manager, I have ever seen in Gloucester Eastgate store. She wasn't only rude but also uninterested in giving any good customer experience and had attitude problem. I don't thing so, shoe zone offer the price and quality that you can't find anywhere else and this is interesting to know that a manager behaved in such a rude manner with a customer so that they wouldn't come back to shop. One more thing is when I went to the counter to ask about the price because I was unsure rather than checking the price on the system she behaved very awkwardly and said "she don't know, and check on the shelf otherwise she doesn't know" Tbh I've never had this experience in any UK stores. So unprofessional!
