Siroko rejected the claim explaining, that they cannot see any quality issues on the pictures attached. Claim was placed due to fabric in the bib shorts dis-attached from the pad and gets wrinkled during the ride. Shorts have been in use for 2 months. To place a claim you have to talk to them in English, despite there is a web site in local language and sales service is provided. Response time is couple of days. I will not go for this products again, because quality is not on even level and I do not count on the after sales service at all. I've already lost my money on shorts that survived only 2 months. A bit short for the "premium" products.
