I purchased a pair of women's Sketchers… I purchased a pair of women's Sketchers work boots from their online store. These boots are specifically made for construction/standing etc. they are work boots. They lasted about 3 months, after that, whatever cushioning they advertised was gone and now they are like wearing concrete pads. I have severe back issues and these boots only made that worse as well as making me exhausted all of the time. I reached out to the customer service website and spent way too many hours gathering photos, receipts, explanations, etc. at their request only to find out that the customer service was for Sketchers in India only. So, I started the process all over again with a different Sketchers customer service website and again supplied all the same information. This time, I supplied the information many times at their request via numerous emails, only to be sent (after wasting another 3 weeks) a form letter telling me that I needed to return them to the place of purchase and that had to be within 45 days. The revelation of 45 days from purchase date was never mentioned in the 3 months that I've wasted trying to return them. So, I'm guessing that Sketchers only expects their products to perform they way they are advertised for 45 days. I would not buy any Sketchers products ever again. What a waste of my money, time and certainly my health. Way to prove why people hate customer service Sketchers. Well done. Lesley Cadenhead
