In March 2021 I spend $200 on sneakers and shoes and was supposed to rec'd a $20 reward. It took Sketchers til May 27 to issue the reward. This weekend I went to use the $20 reward on a purchase and it wasn't there. Contacted the company C/S and they said the rewards is only for 60 days. All other companys give rewards and you have a 1 yr to use it. Why does Sketchers bother to give promo rewards if the company doesn't stand by their name. I feel 60 days is not long enough especially when you spend $200 to get the rewards. This short window is unacceptable, then give the reward at the time of purchase.
