I will never by Skechers again. I'll also post this on Facebook. Don't like big companies that can't take care of their customers when there's a problem. Bought Skechers for years, I got one defective pair and they refuse to exchange them or credit me for another item. I didn't even ask for my money back I just wanted some shoes. Funny how they have my name, address, phone number, email address but can't look up the shoes to verify that I purchased them from there. Plus they say Skechers on them. Amana appliances had bad service and after they ripped me off it's funny how they went out of business about three years later. You guys are on the same track. I Hope you fail!!!! Your service questionnaire below is a joke too, I went in the store and talk face-to-face and they said it's store policy not to accept a return without a receipt, none of it's applicable.
