The return policy at the store is absolutely ridiculous. Most credit card company's will give you a virtual card number when ordering online to protect from getting you actual card number stolen. You can not return an item to the store without the credit card used to make the purchase, but there is no such card because a virtual card was used. Get up to date with your return policy. You have lost a customer for life as this has happened more than once to me. I had the actual email in hand, was able to provide proof of identification, but still the best I could do was get a store credit. Im so mad at this point I will never shop at another Skecher site again.
