Skechers: I purchased a pair of boots and a pair of shoes in the same order. I only received the boots. I waited to receive the shoe delivery because I never had a delivery problem before. Time passed and I didn’t receive anything else… I tried to call the # provided in my email that said my order was delivered but the # was no longer valid, neither was the email address to contact Skechers regarding this order. I couldn’t find any other way to contact Skechers except for an automated chat box. I was informed by chat that since I did not contact them within 30 days, I’m outta luck. I won’t be receiving my shoes nor a refund. I asked to speak with a supervisor but of course one is not available!! I gave all my personal information for contacting me but again was I was told to contact my banking institution and that I’ll be contacted in 24/48 hours… I replied with I doubt it! I feel this is very bad customer service because I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 30 year’s and buy 10/15 pairs of shoes per year sometimes more!! Considering I had a stroke very recently and finding out the whereabouts of my shoes was not my priority…I think I’ll find another company to buy my footwear from. This is one dissatisfied customer!!! If I could give Skechers a zero rating I would!!!
