Today, I needed to return/exchange a pair of shoes from Skechers, I had ordered online. I mistakenly had ordered a "wide" size, which made them feel too big.
Nate, from their 10450 Town Center Dr, store in Westminster, CO could not have been more helpful. I left with a great fitting pair of shoes and I really enjoyed his superior customer service. As a fomer retailer myself, I do like to acknowledge great service.
