My 88 year old mother just went to your location to return the Step In sandal because it hurt the sides of her foot and was pushing her foot forward making it dangerous. The store manager told her that it was not returnable because she wore it. We have been purchasing Skecher products for years in this store. How was she to know that this particular style would cause harm? They are not inexpensive for someone on a senior's budget and I find this response unacceptable. Please advise.
