I purchase 3 pairs of shoe from Sketchers online store. One of the shoe arrived with it obviously worn (The photo speaks for itself). The sole of the shoe is completely black, the surface of the shoe have yellow/brown spots, all signs of a pair of heavily worn shoe. I have requested a refund, and awaiting process. It's my first time ordering Sketchers online, and if this is the disgusting, unhygienic and poor quality services that is representing the Sketcher brand, good luck.
