I have over 20 pairs of Skechers but am so annoyed at their awful customer service. I have 3 pairs of the same sandal in different colours which I love. I was in a hurry and bought a different colour from a shop without trying them on. I 'saved' them for a holiday but when I wore them there was a rough part which wore a hole in my foot! I'd lost the receipt when I got home so the store won't help. Why won't Skecher? Its their product. They can see the issues from photos. I shall endeavour never to buy more. Why do some companies think proper customer care is unimportant? 🤬😡
