I purchased a pair of Skechers a2 weeks ago. I tried to return them today. The store is at Opry Mills Mall in TN. I drove 20 miles to get to the store and walked approximately one mile inside the mall only to find out they were having technical issues and their doors were locked. I'm 75 years old and they have a time limit on returning shoes. Although they're were people inside the store, their customers were last on their priority list therefore they would not answer the door to even try to help. I have spoken with not so nice person at their Corporate Office who also was no help at all. You'd think I would be able to ship them the shoes and receive credit for them, but they don't want to even try to work with their customer!
