Have been a Great Skecher’s customer, over a dozen pair, bought a $150 pair back yesterday to Scottsdale store, worn briefly just once , they refused to accept the return , even though they met the “return policy “ of 45 days. Today they replied saying they were “gutted” by my review, but didn’t offer to do anything .. just called them again , giving them another chance to do the “right thing”, No Way.. these guys are BAD, they’re UNTRUTHFUL about their return policy at their Scottsdale store & I’m CANCELLING MY SKECHER’S MEMBERSHIP, their Word cannot be Trusted.
