Quality has decreased. Early this year I purchased a pair of Summits to replace my previous (1+year old), 3 months later after basic walking the new pair had a hole. I sent back for Sketchers to “investigate”, OF COURSE they wouldn’t take responsibility. Instead of a replacement, they offered 35% off, but I had already purchased via Amazon since the sneakers I sent back were my only pair. Customer Service said I should look for more traction/tread, guess Summits are considered house slippers (ridiculous). I declined the 35% because I’m never buying sketchers again. $65 down the drain AND my NEW pair already has a small hole after 2months!
