I recently purchased a pair of Skechers shoes from your store at Lulu Mall, Lucknow. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been quite disappointing. After wearing the shoes, I developed cuts on my foot, making walking uncomfortable and affecting my daily activities. I also noticed that the model I purchased was advertised to have extra cushioning support, but the pair I received lacks this feature. I have been reaching out since 4th February 2025, but I have not received any solution yet. This delay has added to the inconvenience, and I request an urgent resolution at the earliest.
