We bought two pairs of men's flip flops from Skechers on Military and Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach, Florida. They looked like good quality and I've known this brand for many years, but after just wearing them once for two days they completely fell apart. This is a very bad product. I've gone to the store to report this defect and the salespeople have been rude and didn't even pay attention to what I wanted to explain to them. They say that in order to accept a claim the shoes must not have been used, which I don't understand how you can tell they're not good if you never wear them. I'm very surprised because I've known this brand for many years and I've never had any problems, but I will never even look at their products again.
