If FedEx loses your package your on the hook until fedex contacts sketchers back. That's not how good business works, I didn't lose my own package, I didn't send the package. I shouldn't have to pay for something I didn't receive. Sketchers is blocked on everything and I will be deleting my account after all of this is settled.
