I visited The Pinellas Park Store on 66TH Street in FL. Kathleen the store Manager helped me find a different pair of footware that i could wear as slippers. I had bought a pair of Dog slippers by Bob, a budget shoe for Sketchere. They were adorable with a dog face on the toes part but their cushion in the heel part became flat in just 2 months. They actually caused my heel & foot to hurt! I returned them and bought a soft shoe with lots of cushion, especially in the heel & has a bit of arch support, as it is not a flat shoe, & has Memory Foam, as it lasts for years! They are also washable! She gave me credit for the slippers I returned even after wearing it for 2 months and I paid the difference. She is very personable, helpful, knowledgeable, & common sensed down to earth & seems very upbeat and energetic. I bought about 8 pair for Christmas for the entire family. It is about the only brand that is comfortable and holds it's comfort
