My bad experience was today 3/26/25 @7:12pm store #00541. Pearlanf Tx. I took my 76 year old mom to buy shoes which she bought 6 pairs and both sales associates working were very rude! The young man was not friendly at all and when ask for help seemed very bothered then the cashier lady was very unpleasant I told her it seems like no one smiles here she responded “that’s just our faces” I asked her for there names since she didn’t have a name badge on and she responded “ we are not allowed to give our names” she was a young woman (assoc:130471) Both of them made our experience unpleasant and we still bought 6 pairs of shoes! Please train them to give better customer service!!
