I had a quality issue with my shoes a metalic piece come lose in the back hurting my foot an obvious quality defect that I did not contribute. The shoes were not new normal wear and I went back after more than a year to the store where I purchased Oakville Burloak plaza - I found two young ladies one was the actually store manager willing to help me she spend 30 minutes on the phone explaining my issue getting approvals etc at the end I was able to pick a new pair which make me really happy to see that Sketchers employs great ppl that actually care and also they are recognizing issues and manage correct issues with products. Great day thank your for employing great talent it is rare to see such dedication and passion for customer service. They absolutely made my day ! Way to go Skechers!
