My husband and I will enjoy our new pairs of sketcher shoes that we purchased today- BUT today we were most impressed by the young woman “Ray” who was at the cash register. We observed her kindness and compassion as she waited on 2 older women in front of us. Her customer service skills excelled as she helped them to get their shoes purchased and did not rush them but gently encouraged them as they used their credit cards, etc. And then when our turn came she greeted us kindly also. I think the Sketchers store in Salem, New Hampshire is privileged to have an employee of her caliber.
