Placed order on line (P5329 Oct 27, 2021). No indication item was not in stock or when it might ship. Got email confirmation right away stating order received and I would get another email when order shipped. Again no indication that item not in stock and that a ship date not known. Like most businesses in this situation, I assumed that order would be shipping shortly since nothing was said to the contrary. Nope. Not a word after several weeks. I went to my account for information. NADA other than order was recieved. I sent email message (thru site) asking what was up. NADA again after several days!
Finally, I did a chat with a very helpful fellow (wish I could remember name) who quickly found out there was no stock and a shipping date not available. Pretty poor customer interaction right up to that point! I had to initiate everything. Wasted my time!!!
Chat fella offered to send labels with "freezer adhesive" that were in stock. I asked, and he confirmed, they would work fine in my company's situation.
So .... lots of wasted effort on my part. If SC had simply said something like "no stock, shipping Jan 1" I would have placed order anyway.
Now, I've had to spend even more time writing this when all I should have had to do was click 5 stars and be done with it. Chat experience only thing that saved it for a 1 star review.
