The service provided by the seller has consistently demonstrated a lack of expediency, particularly with regard to shipping. Despite orders being placed up to two weeks in advance, shipping times remain unduly extended, and communication from the seller is notably absent. It is respectfully suggested that the seller should take steps to improve the efficiency of its shipping processes and enhance its customer service by providing timely updates on the status of orders.
We have been a returning customer since last year but the service has been consistently poor. I am considering finding a replacement for obtaining this item.
I always give feedback, but I am still experiencing the same issues and poor treatment. I am unsure if my feedback is being taken into consideration to improve service.
