I'm dumbfounded, socked and shaken by the customer service of this company .....
I was told that I would be shown the dolls during the process, and even that I would have the opportunity to approve of the creation before the product was completed, but I was never shown the bride, ever. Why would I gift the bobblehead(s) to someone if when they themselves saw the doll(s), could not recognize themselves in them?
I don't know what to do.... Suggestions would be a great help..
