I ordered a photo watch for a very dear friend of mine in another state a few months ago. I did not visit her until recently and I was very distressed to see the watch she received was not the watch I ordered. Soufeel has refused to do anything about it and told me it was too late. Their customer service is horrible and they refuse to correct their mistake and provide the watch I ordered and paid for. Do not trust this company because they dont stand by their product. They told me my only option was to pay for another watch and since I dont trust them that they will provide the one I ordered I will not pay for another. All I want is the watch I ordered and paid for and they refuse to do that or to correct their mistake. Save yourself the stress and hassle and dont use this company.
