I ordered personalized wrapping paper and stickers on December 3 for Christmas (through "CustomFaceStickers"), with express service which stated processing and delivery in 7-10 days. On Dec. 12, I received a shipping notice. Today, Dec.23, the only thing in the shipping system is Dec. 12 an electronic notice in Fremont CA. I'm on the east coast. There is no package in shipping anywhere. The company only responds with a canned note that if I ordered too late, it will be too late to receive for Christmas, otherwise, check the shipping number. I keep writing there is nothing in the shipping system after an electronic notice on Dec. 12, nothing physical. End of story. No wrapping paper, no stickers, no gift.
