First, I ordered a necklace for my girlfriend for Christmas two weeks in advanced. I was told processing would take, at most, 5 business days, and an additional 5 business days for shipping. While this was somewhat cutting a little close, I assumed this would be a decent amount of time. Given that it was also Christmas, I also assumed they would increase their effort by at least 1% to fulfill orders. I was wrong. Processing took 8 days, and got to the USPS facility two days ago and has sat there since with no updates. I acknowledge this is partly USPS failing to uphold their end, but if Soufeel didn't take 3 days longer than I was told to just make the necklace, the chance of me of the necklace right now would be far more likely. Absolutely awful, sloppy, incompetent business. Plus, the necklace was overpriced, but I could have easily dealt with that if I got it even slightly close to on-time.
