Horrible, horrible company. I ordered a personalized lamp for my wife's Christmas present. I placed this order on December 9th, after following very carefully all of the information about how long it would take to fulfill my order (up to 5 business days). I purchased an expedited 2 day delivery to make 100% sure it arrived on Christmas. It is now December 27th, and the order has not even been shipping yet. The estimated ship date has been continually pushed back day after day after day after day.
What's worse is the customer support during this time (that is, during Christmas time, when everybody obviously wants to know exactly when their orders will arrive). I tried their Support chat and waited for 5 hours for someone to respond -- nothing. I sent emails and waited days for someone to respond -- nothing, until about 4 days later. The reply was a generic, stock message that tells me absolutely nothing. Just like the stock reply they'll leave to this review and the ones below it.
Worst company ever. The BBB should shut them down ASAP.
