So I to write to Soufeel and his answer is that I have sent them a photo in black, when in the personalization of the web the photo was perfectly seen. And they DO NOT do anything, they just say that I sent them a photo in black (when it is false) and that they will not do anything. Now everyone can decide if they want to be scammed
