I ordered a name necklace on the 5th of December for my niece. Almost two weeks later, I discover an email stating the my address did not show in the UPS data base. I will take this time to say that I ordered a necklace last Christmas and had NO problem receiving my order. Of course, it did not make it for Christmas. I have sent an alternate address and keep getting these generic emails stating my order has been processed. Please confirm your mailing address. I have lived at this same address for 40 years!!! This outfit is a joke and I WILL NEVER order from this sham ass outfit again!!
