I ordered a personalized gift for my wife for valentine's day on the 9th website said I would get it by valentine's. But I didnt I go back on the website and email the company and they said they scheduled an update and no packages would be sent out from January 10 to February 17th. So you can imagine my frustration because they advertised something completely different. The I say you know what uts mot that bad I'll wait. On February 29 I still dont have it. I check the tracking and it says it will ship on March 7th and it takes 5-7 business days for me to get it. At this point I dont want it anymore. I email again and they tell me they will refund the shipping and that it because it was personalized. Well if I was able to get it in a reasonable time or they let me know how long from the beginning i would have been okay with it. So i disputed it with the bank and got my money back.
