I ordered a puzzle about 2 weeks ago. It was supposed to be delivered a few days ago. Only today was it shipped. Customer service has been in touch with me but takes them a few days to answer my emails. On top of that the website says shipping will take 5-8 days but in the confirmation email I got it says shipping can take up to 10 days. The inconsistency is confusing.
I'm upset that the gift I purchased wasn't delivered in time nor do I feel like the company is making an effort to fast track the order after it was already delayed.
