I received $2197.00 from a client and Square sent it to a bank that I don't bank with. Square then advised me that I have to go to that bank and address this issue & that they would not be helping me to do the work required to fix the problem. Square policy is to wait up to 7 days for the money to come back to their system. If it doesn't show up who knows??? Square's team will not at anytime allow you to escalate this to a manager for help. They basically step back and drop it in your lap. It's so disappointing to think they received 3.5 percent of $2197.00 to put a person in sick a position. I've decided that I cannot accept credit card payments due to this.
