Ordered item back in September. Received dispatched notification but item never arrived. Spoken with studio in total 17 times and every time received a different response. Finally agreed to order a different replacement product whilst on phone to resolutions team yesterday. Woke up this morning to an email saying item out of stock. They do not have live feed stock software so advisors are not able to provide accurate responses. Perhaps they should invest in this before promoting stock.
